MINIMUM LEASE
from 5 to 7 nights, as expected in different seasons.
LEASE OF PROPERTY FOR TOURIST PURPOSES
The Villa is rented exclusively for tourist purposes “ex article 1, paragraph II, letter c), of Italian law n.431/98”, for periods of less than 30 days, and the rental contract is regulated by articles 1571 and following of the Italian Civil Code. The property is not rented to individuals who operate artistic or professional businesses. The property is in possession of the Energy Performance Certificate (A.P.E.) in class C and E, and the latter is available to the potential tenant.
LEASE PAYMENT
PREPAYMENT: 30% of lease – non refundable deposit – to be paid to the owner for the booking confirmation
PAYMENT OF THE LEASE: The balance of lease (less the prepayment) payable to the owner must be paid at least 60 days before the start of the lease period.
